establish the customers’ file ,contact with the customer ,recommend corresponding specification and type and provide the program and Quoted price initially according to the customers’ demand and parameter after count ; the both go into details to complete the technological parameter program and sign the contract with the final price after detailed communication . If the client need new material ,our company will provide spray tower
And flash equipment to test the material for the customer .
Two:sale time
Offer the related drawing and technological data and coordinate with the customer to Installing the equipment ,circulate production speed information and production quality to the customer .Guarantee the coordination between the progress of users’ project and the production of equipment . Deal with the Emergencies and keep the good communication with clients .
Three:after sale
One:dispatch the
staff to the destination to instruct the installation and debugging until use
formally.
Two:be respond
for clients’ and Officer’s operation and maintain the skill Train
Three: provide
spare part in long-term ,good quality and preferred price .
Four:the shelf
life of product is one-year ,if the equipment is breakdown because of the
quality problem in one year after acceptance , we should fix it in free . But
if the equipment is breakdown because of the wrong operation .we will collect
the fee and repair the equipment in forty-eight hours which means we should
respond the client’s problem in the first twenty-four hours after we receive the message of
need of repair . If the problem can not be solved in the telephone ,we should
arrived the scene in the next twenty-four hour .
